Responsibility

Content Planning & Scheduling
Assist in creating monthly social media calendars.
Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
Coordinate with design & content teams to get creatives and captions on time.
Content Creation Support
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content.
Create basic graphics/reels/stories using Canva or similar tools (if skilled).
Help repurpose blogs, testimonials, or other brand assets into social posts.
Platform Management
Publish and monitor posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Twitter.
Maintain consistency in posting frequency and brand tone.
Keep bios, highlights, and contact info up to date.
Engagement & Community Building
Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions for prompt responses.
Engage with followers (likes, replies, shares, story replies).
Follow relevant accounts, trends, and hashtags to grow your audience organically.
Trend Monitoring & Research
Stay updated with platform trends (e.g. Reels trends, memes, hashtag challenges).
Research competitor and industry brand strategies.
Share weekly insights and new ideas for content.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics: reach, engagement, followers, post performance.
Assist in preparing bi-weekly and monthly reports for internal and client pages.
Suggest small optimizations based on insights.
