Responsibility

Assisting with Design Projects: Creating visual content for various projects such as advertisements, marketing materials, social media graphics, etc.

Conceptualization and Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for design projects.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics using software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines.

Image Editing and Manipulation: Edit and manipulate images to enhance their quality and suit the requirements of different projects.

Layout Design: Assist in designing layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, and web pages.

File Management: Organise and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organised for future reference.

Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and supervisors to improve design quality.

Research: Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to stay updated and contribute innovative ideas to design projects.

Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet expectations.

Learning and Development: Continuously learn and develop design skills by seeking feedback, attending training sessions, and exploring new design techniques and tools.

Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Foundation knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
